Our brother became a resident at Mayfield just before the Covid lockdown. He had many complex issues at the time and being unable to visit him we have been overwhelmed by the love, care and attention he has received. Since being at Mayfield further health related issues occurred which resulted in our Brother becoming paralysed from the waist down. Once again all the staff stepped up to the mark. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff in whatever capacity and they are always there to help, support and advise us. Our concerns and worries have eased significantly as we know excellent care is being given. Our grateful thanks to everyone.

My Sister displays challenging behavior's during times of Personal Care but the staffs dedication and devotion to her is second to none. This was picked up by her Dermatologist Consultant, where she has attended for over 20 years. He said it was plain to see the level of quality care received at Mayfield.
