July at Mayfield Court .


July has been a busy month at Mayfield Court with our residents enjoying lots of fun days out, special celebrations and time together. From regular Cinema and Theatre trips, visits to the Safari Park and to watch the airplanes, there has been something for everybody to enjoy. We have also enjoyed Aquarium visits, bowling, trips out for food & drink. Here are some of our highlights.

Sian's 60th Birthday

We celebrated Sian's 60th Birthday in style with a fantastic party here at Mayfield Court. Residents, staff and some families joined together to celebrate her special birthday. Plenty of music, dancing, food and smiles just what Sian wished for. It was a wonderful celebration and a lovely way to mark a special milestone.

Trips To The Aquarium
A lovely day out with plenty to see and explore, our residents really enjoyed taking in all the colourful displays and amazing creatures.

Growing Our Own Vegetables

Stan and Howard have been busy growing their own vegetables, and their hard work has certainly paid off! Their vegetables have grown beautifully and they were very proud to deliver their freshly produce to the kitchen to be prepared and enjoyed.

Cafe. Restaurant & Pub Trips

Our residents are always enjoying one-to-one trips to local Cafe's, restaurants and pubs. These trips are always a great opportunity to enjoy some of their favourite food and drinks.

Bowling

We had a fantastic time at bowling! Our residents had d a great time getting involved and cheering each other on. There was plenty of friendly competition and lots of laughing along the way.

Autumn Adventures at Mayfield Court As the leaves start to fall and the air turns crisp, there’s no slowing down for our wonderful Mayfield residents! Even as the nights draw in and the jumpers come out, everyone has been making the most of the season with some fantastic days out and plenty of fun closer to home. We’ve enjoyed exciting trips to Knowsley Safari Park – where the lions, rhinos, and mischievous monkeys gave us plenty to talk about – and a fascinating visit to Madame Tussauds in Blackpool, where our residents got up close with some very famous faces!

Summer Activities Summer has truly arrived at Mayfield Court, and our residents have been making the most of the sunshine and warm weather with a variety of fun and memorable outings. There have been plenty of relaxing visits to local coffee shops, where our residents enjoyed a comforting cup of tea or coffee, often accompanied by a sneaky slice of cake and a good chat.

Sunshine, Smiles and Seaside Adventures at Mayfield Court. The recent spell of glorious weather has brought a burst of energy and excitement to Mayfield Court. Our residents have been making the most of the sunshine, enjoying plenty of outings and fresh air. One of the favourite stops have been trips to a local coffee shop and a nice slice of cake! And of course who can resist a traditional pub lunch...a hearty lunch and a pint or two went down a treat!

Easter at Mayfield Court - A Visit to Remember! This Easter was truly special at Mayfield Court, as resident were treated to a delightful surprise - the Easter bunny himself made a fantastic appearance! Bringing joy, laughter and plenty of seasonal cheer, the Easter Bunny handed out chocolate eggs and thoughtful gifts to our residents. The smiles were contagious and everyone enjoyed the festive treats and the warm, joyful atmosphere.
